Additional Notes: (1) The Basis of Award for the Successful Vendor Shall Result in One (1) or More Purchase Order(S) to the Lowest, Responsive, and Responsible Vendor Per Item That is Able to Meet the Required Delivery Date. if No Bidder is Able to Meet the Required Delivery Date Schedule, Pgw Will Award to the Lowest Responsive, Responsible Bidder Whose Delivery Date is Closest to the Required Delivery Schedule.
