The City of Ames is accepting bids from qualified contractors to provide load banks and supporting equipment to perform black start testing of its gas turbine (GT1) for the Electric Services Department. All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. Questions Deadline: 9/22/2022 05:00 PM (CT) No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least thirty days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
