General Scope of Work: Remove existing roof system down to the existing structural deck and provide new roof system along with sheet metal flashing and accessories to provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly at Roof Sector A Delivery of bids shall be to the following location: Lee County Attention: Mrs. Jen Waterhouse, Assistant Finance Director Finance Department 408 Summit Drive Sanford, North Carolina 27331-1968 Lee County Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and part of a bid, and to waive informalities and technicalities in the bidding procedure. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the opening. Proposal - Bid Form: The Bidding Contractor will be acting as the prime contractor and shall include all subcontractors required to install all work as detailed in the contract documents.
