Install Ultraply 60 mil TPO White membrane roofing system with 20-year NDL warranty against defects, materials, and workmanship. (Meets or exceeds ASTM D6878 requirement.) Install 3 - inch Fan Fold insulation board. Install Ultraphy 60 mil White Membrane. Install 1-3/4" to 2" facia bar to cover overhead and rake trim. Install Firestone accessories as required. Install proper HVAC pad units (walk pads) on rooftop; Remove and replace any material that exhibits decay, decomposition, and/or rot; Have the necessary Commercial Roofing General Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance; and Clean up and dispose of construction related equipment and debris on a daily basis.
