The County of Mercer requests bids for two (2) Ver-Mac PCMS-320 RT Trailer- Mounted Message Sign Boards or Equivalent for use by the Mercer County Highway Division. The County requests the bid price to be held for one year. Bids shall be for new, current year production equipment. Demonstrator, used or lessor model equipment will not be accepted. All references to brand name shall be interpreted as brand name or equivalent with exception that exceeds the County of Mercers specification requirements. Sealed bids will be received by the Mercer County Purchasing Agent acting as Lead Agent on behalf of all contracting units located within the geographic boundaries of Mercer County for the Mercer County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System. Any Bid Addenda will be issued electronically and processed in accordance with N.J.SA. 40A:11-23(c)(1). All interested bidders should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31et. Seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
