Solid Deicing/Anti-Icing Chemical The Airport Authority is soliciting proposals form qualified Companies to enter into an Agreement for the right and privilege to provide Solid Deicing/Anti-Icing Chemical so to support the work and efforts of the Authority's staff in preventing and removing snow, frost, and ice accrual in aircraft maneuvering areas. The Term of the Agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years, beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the day preceding the second anniversary of the Effective Date. Upon mutual consent of the Authority and Company, the established Agreement may then be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods The Purchasing Department shall be the sole point of contact for any Bidder throughout the Invitation for Bid (IFB) process. Should there be any doubt as to the meaning or content of these Bid Documents, the Bidder shall immediately notify Tairra Bridgewaters, Procurement and Purchasing Specialist, via email at Tairra.Bridgewaters@flylouisville.com no later than 1:00 p.m. (local time) September 20, 2022. Questions or comments received after this date and time may not be considered for response by the Authority. The Authority will not be responsible for any oral instructions, interpretations, or explanations unless also addressed in writing.
