Renovation of an educational facility in Union City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 571-square-foot educational facility.
High School Bleacher Replacement Bids for the labor, materials, equipment, and all other services to complete to Union City Schools bleacher replacement project It is the purpose and intent of the Quoting Documents that a fully complete job be accomplished. It shall be each Bidder's responsibility to include all costs necessary to provide labor, materials, equipment, and services for that portion of the work bid upon, including but not limited to supervision, shop drawings, samples, tools, scaffolding, lifts, hoists, cranes, taxes, incidentals, whether or not specifically called for in the Documents. Each Contractor shall thoroughly examine the existing facility and site prior to submitting a quote and include all items necessary to complete their work taking into consideration the existing conditions. The project schedule provides a narrow window of opportunity to complete a significant amount of work.
