This procurement is set-aside 100% for Small Business and w ill be awarded based on lowest price. Central Contractor Registration and ORCA are now available through System for Aw ard Management (SAM) available at www.sam.gov. Offerors must comply with the requirements of 52.204-7, 52.204-8, and 52.232-33, and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM. PLEASE NOTE: SAM is completely free charge of both registrants and users. In lieu of both performance and payment bods, per 52.228-13 Alternate Payment Protections (2000) and FAR 28.102-1(b), only a Payment Bond, or irrevocable Letter of Credit is required. A Performance Bond is not required. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to Install a new 2500 Gallon Septic Tank and connect to existing lateral system. Once connected to lateral system, connect all existing inflows from present holding cells into the septic tank, at Newburgh Locks and Dam located at 6877 State RD 66 Newburgh, IN 47630. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, regulations and required permits. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 60 calendar days after the NTP. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
