The Town of Cornelius is receiving proposals Environmental Services that comply with CDBG and HUD requirements per 24 CFR 58.36. The Environmental Assessment will be conducted in the Smithville neighborhood which is the area from Highway 21 to the west, Catawba Avenue to the north, Smithville Park to the east, and Nannie Potts Lane to the south.
