AMENDMENT 2- The purpose of this amendment is to post responses to any questions that were submitted and to post an updated version of Attachment 1. The solicitation due date has also been extended all the way out to 23 September 2022. AMENDMENT 1- The purpose of this amendment is to remove Building 348 from the requirement. Attachments 1 & 2 have been updated accordingly as well as the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document to relfect the removal of Building 348. Questions are due no later than 3:30 PM CST, 16 September 2022 - Friday. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after 16 September 2022. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the site for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the Offeror ineligible for award. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A site visit will be held at 9:00am CST on Thursday -- 15 September 2022. Vendors shall meet at Columbus Air Force Base Visitor Center. Vendors will then walk/drive to the actual site of contract performance. Vendors are encouraged to inspect the site in order to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance to the extent that information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Those wishing to participate in the site visit shall provide all information specified in the attached Base Access Procedures.
