Bids for the construction of 2022 I35E Pipe Crossing Project The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 3 EACH Clearing and Grubbing 1 L S Temporary Access Road 360 L F 42" PP Storm Sewer 250 L F 60" Steel Casing Pipe (Jacked) 1,000 L F Sediment Control Log Type Wood Fiber 1.4 ACRE Seeding The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Lino Lakes shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
