Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Encinitas, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The project work consists of replacing existing roofing, electrical panels, wiring, restrooms, light fixtures, ceilings, glass, doors, frames and finishes at the 1953 Pacific View Elementary School Site to meet current California Building Code Requirements. The project also includes new fire sprinkler services and structural upgrades.
