The mandate includes the entire electrical network shown on the single-line plans of the establishments covered by this call for tenders. This includes electrical equipment supplied by transformers of less than 125 kVA. A copy of each school's existing single line plans is provided with the tender documents. The documents provided, including the single-line plans, are submitted for reference and for information purposes only and must be improved and updated in their entirety during the surveys. The consultant must make sure to verify and validate each component illustrated on the single-line electrical distribution diagrams supplied by the HQ network and the emergency network. The consultant will have to initiate the process with Hydro-Québec to obtain information relating to the distribution network of each school and allowing the study of exposure to arc flashes to be carried out.
