City of Lebanon Storm Sewer Extension Project Requests for clarification are due Monday, October 3, 2022 10:00:00 AM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The project includes, but is not limited to, flowable cement backfilling of existing stormwater channels; selective demolition of existing curb, sidewalk, and stormwater features; installation of stormwater inlets and drainage pipes along 4th, 5th, 6th, Liberty, Walton, and Cumberland streets; coordination with utility companies in utility relocation; pavement restoration and overlay; curb and sidewalk restoration; pavement markings; and other associated work as more fully described on the Construction Drawings. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project. The City of Lebanon hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
