The project consists of: 1. Excavate and dispose of approximately 350 cubic yards of PCB Remediation Waste with a maximum concentration of 47 ppm from excavation of TP-15 and the designated "Area 5" location. 2. Assist the Owner's representative to perform post-excavation PCB soil sampling and analyses, to verify the removal of high level PCB impacts (e.g. PCB concentrations greater than 10 ppm). 3. Backfill and compact the excavation in lifts using clean granular fill. Decontaminate equipment in contact with PCB Remediation Waste in accordance with 40 CFR 761.61 Subpart S.
