The City and County of Honolulu is requesting sealed bids for the Rehabilitation of Kalakaua Avenue Bridge #285 and Roadway, FY18. The project is for the Rehabilitation of Kalakaua Avenue Bridge #285 and Roadway, FY18. The project includes, but is not limited to: spall and crack repairs to the bridge, sidewalk repairs, filling void/undermining at north downstream wingwall, and traffic control during construction. Pursuant to Chapter 103D-303.5 of the Hawaii Revised Statues, a non-mandatory pre-bid conference shall be held for construction or design-build projects with a total estimated contract value of $500,000.00 or more.
