Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of demolition and replacement of the Archie Street Lift station with a new suction lift pump station, wet well, site piping, appurtenances, standby generator, and connections to existing sewer. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the bid form. Bidder is solely responsible for verifying the most recent version of Bidding Documents, including any addenda, have been downloaded if electronic access has been purchased. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The Town of Fort Mill Archie Street Lift Station Improvements is being funded in part by the SC Rural Infrastructure Authority Basic Infrastructure Program. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
