No definite date for the rebid.** Construction to replace all exterior windows, replace exterior wall joints, and repair the two exterior wall/roof interfaces. Moisture in buildings and heat gain and loss depending on external temperatures. Windows are at the end of their life cycle and curtain walls are leaking with rated glazing needed.
