4TH STREET BRIDGE WIDENING PROJECT- ENVIRONMENTAL - HISTORICAL PROPERTY SURVEY REPORT (HPSR) - FEDERAL PROJECT ID BRLS-5332(020) All bids must be accompanied by bidder's security in accordance with California Public Contract Code Sections 20170 et seq. Work as follows: 4th Street BRIDGE WIDENING PROJECT- Environmental - Historical Property Survey Report (HPSR) according to the specifications as prepared by City of Saratoga and according to the Contract Documents. CITY hereby notifies all Bidders that this project is federally funded, and particular attention should be paid to the Federal and State requirements. All Federal and State required information must be provided in order for the bid to be considered conforming. These sections are located in the back portion of the bid documents. The Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBEs) goal for this project is 0%. Project is to be completed within sixty (60) working days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The successful bidder shall insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against on the basis of age, color, race, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual preference, or marital status, and shall comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. CITY reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding procedure, or to postpone the bid opening or award for good cause. No Bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of five calendar days after the date of opening of the bids. Each bidder will be notified of award of contract, if award is made.
