Project Name: Ironwood Drive; Elliot Ave to Baseline Ave Project (TRACS) Number: T0375 03D District: Central Route/MP: Ironwood Drive Funding Source: HSIP Construction Funding FY: FY 2024 The project will install paved shoulders and rumble strips along a 2-mile stretch of Ironwood Drive from Elliot Avenue to Baseline Avenue. Rumble strips will be continuous on both the left and right sides of the roadway in both the NB and SB directions. To widen the shoulders, earthwork and culvert extensions will be needed. The designer's scope of work includes: Conduct the required technical analyses and prepare reports including, but not limited to, hydraulic analysis, geotechnical analysis, and materials design report. Develop plans, specifications, and estimate for construction. Environmental analysis and technical reports to support ADOT EP in providing the Categorical Exclusion Utility coordination as required for U&RR clearance Right-of-way coordination as required for R/W clearance Submittals will include Stage II, Stage III, Stage IV, and final sealed documents. Conduct management and administrative tasks including coordination, meetings, schedule updates, comment responses, etc. Document retention, project schedule, and risk register updates within the Workfront platform will be required. The design of the project will meet or exceed AASHTO, FHWA, ADOT, MAG, and local standards.
