Surface dust horizontal surfaces of desks, credenzas, tables, filing cabinets etc. Spot clean horizontal surfaces for removal of spillage, marks, and rings. Empty all trash and recycling receptacles and remove to a collection point. Replace liners, as necessary. Clean fingerprints and smudges from entrance glass and entry doors. Spot clean fingerprints and smudges from partition glass. Sweep and spot mop all solid surface floors. Vacuum all carpeted area walkways. Report all maintenance issues in Logbook. Removal of trash from the interior and exterior of building Carpet: Spot Removal and Hot water extraction Kitchens: Interior of refrigerators, dishwashers, and appliances other than microwave ovens Interiors of cabinets. Hard Floor Surface: Burnishing, top scrub, refinish (wax), strip and refinish every 6 months Lighting: Cleaning lights and fixtures Upholstery and Workstations: vacuum partitions, spot removal, extraction cleaning Windows: Inside and Outside Vendor will provide his/her on cleaning supplies County will procure paper products, hand soap, trash can lines, dispenser, and containers. Flexible hours required. Ability to move chairs and tables from conference to storage area and from storage area to conference room as needed.
