Slab on grade construction with underground plumbing and electrical. CMU block construction, wood rafters and metal roof. Plumbing fixtures are to be "prison" style, as base bid, and a deductive alternate to show standard fixtures. LED lighting with occupancy sensors. Hollow Metal doors and frames. Roll up concessions window. Countertops. Bids must be submitted on the form furnished by the architect and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, executed by both the bidder and an accepted surety; certified check or bank draft for five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to the City Clerk of Saltillo, Mississippi.
