Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Morehead City, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Carteret County Government is seeking proposals to replace the existing parking sign at the Carteret County Health Department located at 3820 Bridges Street, Morehead City, NC 28557. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing double-sided Daystar Premier 32x96 free standing sign which is located in the front parking lot of the Health Department. The Contractor shall furnish and install a new double sided 15mm pitch pixelated sign with updated logo with wireless controls using the same footprint of the existing. The Contractor shall sign all areas below and provide submittals with pictures with bid submission. The Contractor shall verify any and all measurements. Any damages caused by the Contractor shall be the Contractor's responsibility to fix or replace at the County's discretion. The Contractor shall obtain the required permits, if required, give all notices to POC, and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work. No time extensions shall be granted or financial consideration given to the Contractor for time or monies lost due to violations of any such ordinance, code, law or regulations that may occur. The Contractor shall refer to and sign Attachment A, Federal Contracting Requirements as well as UG Provisions, 2 C.F.R. 200.326 and 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Appendix II, Required Contract Clauses.
