Site work for a water / sewer project in Fillmore, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Fillmore is seeking bids for a new water metering system. Bids should be submitted in 3 parts. Part 1: Two Hundred and Thirty 5/8 water meters, one 1 inch meter, one 1O meter and one 2 inch meter, including materials needed. Part 2: Remove old meters and install new meters. Part 3: Metering Software and Hardware for New Meters. Questions should be directed to fillmoretownhall@tds.net. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. All bids received shall remain valid and in force for 60 calendar days after the date of Bid opening. The Town Council will be having a Special Session on Tuesday, September 27th at 1 p.m. to review these bids. The Town reserves the right to reject any Bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the interest of the governmental body as determined by the Town in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2.
