The Contract Documents provide for the construction of Bid 9664. The scope of work consists of providing the renovation of the City of Fort Collins Dynamic Workspace at 215 N. Mason. The work consists of renovating portions of the north half of the second floor to create an adjusted layout for Human Resources and to create space for open workspace, desk hoteling, Quiet room and a Coffee/Snack area. This work will need to be completed in one phase. See Attachment B for the drawings. Human Resources and adjacent departments will need to continue to operate as needed during this renovation project. There will need to be dust partitions installed and there may need to be certain portions of work (loud noises) performed outside of City business hours (7:00AM - 5:00PM). The City will do their best to work with the selected Contractor and we ask that the selected Contractor make provisions in their BID to do the same. The Project start date for construction is anticipated to be mid-late October and the work shall be Substantially Complete by December 30, 2022. The project will be funded with Federal funds. Davis Bacon Wage requirements apply.
