Reference number : 1711675 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-26 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The purpose of this contract is the replacement of drinking water, sanitary and storm sewer lines and the repair of damaged surfaces on Descheneaux Street and Daneau Street. The work consists of providing the labour, equipment, materials and everything necessary to carry out the work, which includes, but is not limited to, the following works: Replacement of drinking water services; Replacement of sanitary sewer services; Replacement of storm sewer services; Connection of services for 20 sites; Insulation; Complete street structure and paving; Concrete curb; Stripping, salvaging, stockpiling and replacing topsoil; Sodding work; Water management; Maintaining traffic flow and signaling work; Temporary drinking water supply network with fire protection. All including the usual accessories, the repair of existing works that must have deteriorated for the completion of the work, the restoration of the premises and the adjustment to private properties, as described in the tender documents. The Municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Only persons, companies and corporations, having their principal place of business in Quebec or having an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the owner, who hold an appropriate license under the Act on the professional qualification of building contractors are eligible to tender. Under the law on public body contracts, the deadline for receiving complaints is April 17, 2023. The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee of an amount equivalent to 10% of the total amount (all taxes included) of the tender. The Municipality of Pierreville reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. For reasonable reasons, the Municipality even reserves the right to reject them in whole or in part and to request new ones if it sees fit, without incurring any obligation of any kind towards the bidders. If it is in the interest of the Municipality, the latter may disregard any defect in form or minor defect that the tender may contain. The Municipality is not required to give reasons to any of the tenderers for the acceptance or rejection of any tender.
