Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Fort Erie, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The contractor will be responsible for the full scope of services required to perform park renovation works associated with a new splash pad (not in contract) in Lions Sugarbowl Park. Splashpad construction will precede this work in Spring 2023, however coordination with the splash pad supplier and their sub-contractors will be required to connect and commission the splash pad as part of this scope and to complete the overall project. Work will include, but not be limited to the complete demolition and disposal of the existing Kinsmen Pool and building, permitting, site clearing and grubbing, tree protection and removals, earthworks including grading and drainage, concrete and asphalt work, site servicing, supply and installation of furnishings and other amenities, landscaping, supply and installation of a universal washroom building, and general site restoration. Provisional work is included in this tender and will be awarded based on available funding. Question Deadline: 02/23/2023 at 2:00 PM ET
