The purpose of these specifications is the completion of a service type contract for the period from Award through October 31, 2023, and three (3) renewable one-year periods from November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2026. After the award of the contract and at the commencement of the first period, the contractor shall provide both emergency and scheduled maintenance services as described in the Scope of Work, Item 3. The award shall be made on the basis of the lowest total cost for the base year (2022/2023) and/or all years in combination which yields the lowest total cost to the College. Provide a lump sum cost for the contract period; divide by the number of months to get the monthly billing cost for each contract period. It shall be understood that the award will be made the lowest responsible quote upon evaluation. In case of any error in extension, the unit price shall be considered as the quote. This award is subject to a thirty (30) day written cancellation clause if elected by the College. Instructional Resource Center: York-Scroll Chiller, 162, 1-ton, Model YCRL0198SE46 5. Johnson Learning Center: Trane-Centrifugal Chiller, 220-ton, Model CVHE0320 6. New Brunswick: York-Air Cooler Scroll Chiller, 18.70-ton, Model YCAL0022EE46XEBSDTX 7. Main Hall: Multistack Airstack Reciprocal Chiller, 2 stage, 90-tons each, Model ASR30C5H2W-V 8. Performing Arts Center: Trane Air Cooled Scroll, 130-ton, Model CGAM 130 9. College Center: McQuay Air Cooled Scroll, 85-ton, Model AGZ085BH27-ER11 10.
