SCOPE OF WORK: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1. All vendors must visit the site at intersection of Almaville Road (SR 102) and One Mile Lane in Smyrna. Call Pete Johnson at 615-663-6055 to schedule an appointment if you need him on-site. 2. Contractor is responsible for locating all utilities in the work area and is responsible for repair to any damaged utilities or facilities. 3. Vendor / Contractor is responsible for clean up of any debris or damage from their work on the project. 4. The Director of Public Works or his designee will perform final inspection before last invoice is paid. Any problems will be communicated to the contractor. 5. The Town of Smyrna will provide the mast arms/poles, the traffic signals with mounting hardware, and a traffic cabinet. CONSTRUCTION TO INCLUDE: A. Mast arm pole foundations B.
