Estimated cost range is $152,000 - $190,000. Roof Replacement for Fitness Center Building The successful bidder shall be licensed according with the provisions of the Business and Professional Code at the time this contract is awarded. The successful Contractor and his/her subcontractors will be required to possess business licenses from the City of Duarte. The Contractor must possess a valid Contractor's License issued by the Contractor's State Board at the time the bid is submitted. The successful bidder shall be licensed in accordance with provisions of the Business and Professions Code and shall possess a C-39 - Roofing Contractor, at the time this contract is awarded. The successful Contractor and his/her subcontractors will be required to possess business licenses from the City of Duarte. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1771.4, all bidders are hereby notified that this project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. Construction shall be completed within 60 working days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The bid prices shall include all costs, including labor, materials, and all other incidental cost to complete the project, in compliance with the Bid and Contract Documents and applicable standards. All other work items not specifically listed in the bid schedule, but necessary to complete the work per bid and contract documents and applicable standards are assumed to be included in the bid prices.
