Site work for a mixed-use development in Manhattan, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
The Board of Education of Manhattan School District 114, Will County, Illinois is accepting bid proposals for the New Manhattan Junior High School located in Manhattan, IL. Bid Period 1 consists of cast-in-place building concrete, site concrete, steel & miscellaneous metals, earthwork and excavation, and site utilities and related items for the new middle school and site. All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to Manhattan School District 114. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100%. Contractor's Qualifications Statement must be submitted at time of bid or already be on file with Pepper Construction. Compliance with Prevailing Wages for Will County and all equal employment practices is required.
