Renovation of an educational facility in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 232,607-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

This Bid Package will consist of separate sealed Bids for the following Bid Divisions: 103: Selective Demolition 105: Concrete Flatwork 106: Masonry 107: Steel 108: Carpentry / General Trades 109: Roofing 114: Aluminum Entrances / Storefront / Glass & Glazing 116: Hard Tile 117: Metal Stud, Drywall, & Acoustical Treatments 1 18: Carpet / Resilient Tile Flooring 120: Painting 124: Wood Flooring 131: Athletic Equipment 133: Pool & Natatorium Equipment 137: Food Service Equipment 140: Plumbing 142: HVAC 143: Electrical All Bids must include the following sworn and notarized statements: Familial Disclosure Affidavit (Section 004205), the Iran Linked Business Affidavit (Section 004210), and the Criminal Background Check Affidavit (Section 004220). All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in either the form of a bid bond or certified bank check, in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount of the Bid, payable to Farmington Public Schools, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the School District is secured from loss or damage by reason of the withdrawal of the Bid or failure of the Bidder to enter a Contract for performance, Further, the Bidder will execute the Contract, provide the required insurance certificate(s) and file the required bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award of Contract but prior to Work commencing. If awarded a Contract, the successful Bidder may be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. Farmington Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, either in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.
