Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Cleves, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The request is to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for constructing TWO (2) Pickleball courts at the Miami Township West Park located at 4063 East Miami River Road, Cleves, Ohio 45002. Owner requests this work to be substantially completed by December 9th, 2022. All work is to conform to the plans provided, current State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Materials Specifications with supplements and changes thereto. Each proposal must be accompanied by a one hundred percent bid guarantee bond or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent of the bid, conditioned that the bidder shall, if its bid is accepted, execute a contract in conformity to the invitation and its bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent of the total bid price, in accordance with O.R.C. Section 153.54 and in the forms proscribed in O.R.C. Sections 153.57 and 153.571. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements. Bidders must comply with any public wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County. The Trustees of Miami Township, Hamilton County, Ohio, reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid received and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of the bids. Any bid received after the above referenced time and date will be returned to the submitter unopened.
