The work set forth herein is to be known as the Scope of Services to be rendered for Order for Professional Services No. T4039, Supervision of Construction Services for Contract No. T200.711, Roadway Resurfacing, Milepost 0 to 83, Section 2 (2023). Work will involve pavement removal and resurfacing with Warm Mix Asphalt Surface Course Pavement along the Turnpike mainline roadways, ramps, shoulders, toll plazas, rehabilitation of left shoulders and other incidental work from Milepost 0 to 83 in Salem, Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Mercer and Middlesex Counties, New Jersey. Order for Professional Services No. P4040, Supervision of Construction Services for Contract No. P200.712, Roadway Resurfacing, Milepost 0 to 126, Section 4 (2023) will consist of pavement removal and resurfacing with Warm Mix Asphalt Surface Course Pavement along the Parkway mainline roadways, ramp shoulders, toll plazas and other incidental work at various locations. The majority of the work is from Milepost 41 to 63 in Cape May, Atlantic, Burlington and Ocean Counties, New Jersey. This work shall include engineering services covering all construction supervision of the said construction work as described herein, together with providing the necessary personnel, equipment, transportation and main office facilities to facilitate in every way the performance of such inspection and coordination of construction and in accordance with the Authoritys Construction Manual. The estimated value of Construction Contract No. T200.711 is approximately $20,000,000 and the estimated duration for construction supervision is 15 months, including contract closeout. The estimated value of Construction Contract No. P200.712 is approximately $37,000,000 and the estimate duration for construction supervision is approximately 17.5 months, including contract closeout. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
