Glennon Heights Park Pool Boiler All questions shall be sent in writing to Kevin Goggin, Contract Administrator, Purchasing Division at email kevgog@lakewood.org before 5:00 p.m., M.T., on September 27, 2022. An Addendum will be issued, if necessary, to include all vendor questions and City responses and posted electronically. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure addendums issued are acknowledged and submitted along with their respective Bid documents. Failure to submit such addendums may result in disqualification of respective submittal. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and/or to reject any or all bids in part or in whole. The City of Lakewood is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The project entails the removal and replacement of the outdoor pool boiler, including all disconnects to current boiler; and reconnects to new boiler. New boiler will be set in same location as old, however, minor adjustments in piping, venting shall be expected. Contractor will be responsible for all loading and unloading; appropriate disposal; rigging; and handling of both existing and new boilers. Permits (no cost) and start-up shall be included. Boiler shall be make and model specified in Exhibit A - Raypak MVB 1503A. The project is to be completed by March 31, 2023.
