Smithville, Tennessee is requesting statements of qualifications from engineering firms to provide services for an allocation of funds provided by the American Rescue Plan: Water Infrastructure Investment Plan. Duties to be performed by the selected firm will include but are not limited to completing the infrastructure scorecard, preliminary engineering report, construction inspection, etc. Each submission will be evaluated according to the following criteria: o Specialized experience or technical expertise of the firm o Past performance record on contracts with the community as well as other clients o Capability of firm to perform the work within time limitations o Familiarity with the type of problems applicable to the project o Familiarity with local conditions The firm selected must comply with Executive Order 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, and Section 3 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1968.
