The scope of this project includes the selective demolition of ceiling grid to remove and replace existing dual duct boxes and controls. The scope includes the replacement of all ceiling tiles throughout level one of Teacher Education Center utilizing USG 2210 ceiling tiles, regardless of whether or not the tile was removed to replace duct. The renovation includes the removal of all associated ductwork back to the associated air handling unit. The renovation includes the removal and replacement of all air handlers on level one. The renovations will not change the current occupancy classification of the facility. SHSU to provide abatement and demo of all duct work. SHSU to provide TAB services for new HVAC. SHSU to provide furniture move and relocation. Fire Alarm devices are General Contractors responsibility to remove and reinstall. New SHSU approved supply and return air grilles will be provided and installed on level one by the general contractor. Supply is Metal Aire Model #5750. Return is model #SPRTB2424. Support during commissioning including filling out of pre functional checklists and functional performance test reports, performing functional performance tests with the commissioning agent through the front-end graphics workstation and providing certified testing equipment as needed for the commissioning process.
