Renovation of a medical facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The intent of the project is to have the successful Mechanical Contractor act as General Contractor for the project, and shall be responsible for all sub-trades providing services to complete this project. The Mechanical Contractor shall engage Plumbing, Insulation, Asbestos Abatement, and all appropriate tradesman required for the successful completion of the project. All tradesman shall be experienced with comparable scope and magnitude, and be available to carry out the project to meet the scheduled milestones. The scope of the project shall include, but is not limited to the Misericordia Health Centre, 99 Cornish Avenue: Domestic Water Service Piping Replacement Ph. 2 - SSMHC-2630-20; Plumbing Piping and Insulation Upgrade Ph. 2 - SSMHC-2929-23.
