Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of October 25th, 2022, bids received were over owner’s budget. Project is not proceeding to construction at this time. The work includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of the Administration Building restrooms to meet ADA requirements and building code compliance, and the addition of a Family Restroom. Work will include upgrading of fixtures; replacement of original lead and galvanized piping, new waste and vent piping; fin tube heating, room ventilation, and lighting systems, flooring, acoustic ceilings, bathroom partitions and associated finishes. The Due Date for Bidders Request for Interpretation or Correction of Proposal Documents and for Product Substitutions is Monday, September 26, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Please email all requests to Will@TDSi.us Overall substantial completion 315 days from notice to proceed.
