Demolition and Removal of Existing Structures The project consists of the demolition and removal of all structures and improvements, clearing, grubbing and removal of vegetation, final grading, seeding and site stabilization at four (4) Township-owned properties. The addresses of the properties are as follows: 1) 1178 W. Baltimore Pike; 2) 21 S. Pennell Road; 3) 23 S. Pennell Road; 4) 251 W. Forge Road Bids must be on forms furnished by the Township and must be accompanied by a Non-collusion Affidavit, Statement of Bidder Qualifications form, Proposal Form and certified check or bid bond, issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, or by certified check, cashier check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price, made payable to the Township. The successful bidder shall demolish and remove all identified structures and associated improvements, including deck(s), porches, chimney(s), steps, walkways, signs, outbuildings, paving, curbing, fencing, buried tanks and retaining walls. Demolition and removal of the structures is to include all interior furnishings, windows, debris, garbage, appliances, fixtures, plumbing, heating systems, wiring, etc. Tree and vegetation removal shall occur at the three Loop Road properties identified in the Base Bid.
