Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Leoni, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project as a whole consists of improvements to two existing sanitary pump stations, Napoleon Pump Station and Sanctuary Pump Station. Improvements at Napoleon Pump Station consist of converting the existing wetwell / drywell style pump station to a submersible station. Items of work includes demolition of the drywell, equipment, control system, generator and related equipment; new submersible pumping system with electrical control and instrumentation; emergency generator and automatic transfer switch; SCADA monitoring system; valve and metering chambers; flow meter; valves and piping; high performance coatings; access hatches, bypass pumping; shoring; dewatering; traffic control, soil erosion and sedimentation control, concrete pad, HMA drive; gate and fencing, surface restoration and all related work. Improvements at Sanctuary Pump Station includes demolition of the existing control system and related equipment; new electrical control and instrumentation; emergency generator and automatic transfer switch; SCADA monitoring system; surface restoration and all related work.
