The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Domestic water piping replacement in buildings 20 and 22. 2. Removal and replacement of ceilings in service to the piping replacement. 3. Removal and replacement of lights in service to the piping replacement. Description of Alternates Alternate 1: Replacement of the domestic water and the associated ceiling and lighting work within Building 22. Alternate 2: Replacement of the ceiling, the lighting, and the diffusers in the lower-level Program Area of Building 22. Additonal Description: Qualification Requirements 1. Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor, the work for at least two (2) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since September 1, 2017, for construction of domestic water piping installation, replacement, and/or modification. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $100,000 or greater. 2. Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least five (5) years of experience with domestic water piping installation, replacement, and/or modification similar in scope and value to this project.
