A contractor shall supply a new vault and vault liner for a single vault 2001 Cascadian CXT to be installed at the Klamath National Forest, Brown Bear River Access. Tasks include but not limited to excavation, backfill and placement of precast concrete vault, vault liner and install the Cascadian CXT Single Toilet.
