Project consists of the renovation of Kenneth Aitken Renovation Project, as described in the Contract Documents. The project site is located at: 17800 Redwood Road, Castro Valley CA 94546. The principal scope of work includes, but not limited to, replacement of roofing systems, rooftop mechanical units, exterior and interior lighting, painting, upgrade to existing accessible toilet rooms, improvements to site access parking and entry, refresh of interior finishes. All participants are required to sign in at the pre-bid conference. The site visit is expected to take approximately one hour. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible.
