Purpose The Town of Clayton is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: Master planning for the water and waste water systems for future growth. This project is being solicited in accordance with ARP Act Fiscal Recovery Act (2 CCFR 200.317 through C CFR 200.327 and 2 CFR Part 200 Appendix II), State Law and Local Polices. Background The Division of Water Infrastructure (DWI) has reviewed our application to the Asset Inventory and Assessment (AIA) grant program, and the State Water Infrastructure Authority (SWIA) has approved our project as eligible to receive a grant. The total grant amount will be $150,000 with neither a required match nor grant fee. The first milestone for the AIA grant is the submittal of a preliminary project scope that includes a cost estimate and schedule for each major task by September 30, 2022.
