Renovation of an educational facility in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of October 24, 2022, no bids were received. The owner has not yet determined how they will proceed. A construction timeline has not been established. New Beginnings Family Academy, a Pre-K through 8th grade Charter School located in Bridgeport, has a need of renovating a small structure into a gymnasium and is accepting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal in order to find a qualified source to provide the renovation. Our goal with the project is to create enough space for extracurricular activities, athletics, and an additional office. The objective of this Request for Proposal is to locate a local source that will provide the best overall value to New Beginnings Family Academy.
