Renovation of a municipal facility in Hanford, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
***As of December 6, 2022. All bids rejected. The work to be done consists, in general, of replacing two emergency generators. Proposers are responsible for submitting any and all questions concerning the work as set forth in Exhibit A: Scope of Work before the submittal deadline. Questions must be presented in writing via email to Jim Henderson at Jim.Henderson@co.kings.ca.us prior to 2:00 PM, local time, on October 7, 2022. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond approved by the County or a certified or cashier's check for at least 10 percent of the amount bid and made payable to the County of Kings, State of California. Said Bidder's Bond or certified or cashier's check shall be declared forfeited if the successful bidder refuses or neglects to enter into contract after being so requested by the County. Said Bond shall be obtained from an admitted surety company satisfactory to the County.
