The Montgomery Airport Authority Montgomery Regional Airport Work includes, but is not limited to, Receiving and installation of Owner Furnished air cooled chillers and boilers, Removal and replacement of existing air cooled chillers and boilers, Replacement of chilled water pumps, Replacement of hot water pumps, Replacement of expansion tanks, Replacement of air handling units not identified as additive alternates, Replacement of select portions of the HVAC Control System, Test & Balance, Electrical disconnection and re-connection of HVAC equipment, and all related work, as indicated in the Bid and Contract Documents. Refer to contract drawings and specifications, scopes of work, and equipment schedules for additional information. Additional qualifications and requirements for Bidders are indicated in the Bid and Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in their judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. Other sets for general contractors, and sets for subs and dealers, may be obtained with the same deposit, which will be refunded as above, less cost of printing, reproduction, handling and distribution, which is estimated to be the same as the deposit amount.
