Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 12.8 miles of USH 151 from the South County Line in Fond du Lac County to CTH D (12.8 miles). Major tasks include preliminary design, review of environmental impacts, drainage analysis, final design, and PS&E preparation. Culvert pipes will be replaced and ditch capacity will be addressed. Beam guard will be replaced. The intersection at USH 151 and CTH TC may be improved. Project deliverables include preliminary plans, environmental document, design study report, and PS&E. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultants actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
