As part of its mandate, PSPC undertakes a series of cyclical building assessments to determine the management strategy that will best allow it to maintain, improve or renew its facilities and thus meet the current and future needs of its clients. The scope of work is defined in the requirements definition document - Annex 2. This estimate is the one used by PSPC for their REI. However, the RCMP does not have the VFA management tool and thus references to the tool should not be considered in this mandate. However, the consultant must present the results as described in the document. The sample ROI and health and investment rating report that is included in Appendix G are produced from the VFA management tool that the RCMP does not have access to. However, an REI similar to the example provided must be produced. Note that the annexes to the requirements definition document - Annex 2 have not been removed in order to guide the consultant in his mandate, although references are made to the VFA tool. The client also wants the environmental component to be included in the REI. It is also necessary to check the inventory of equipment already numbered at the SIGE so that we can obtain a list of equipment to be numbered. Nominators are informed that they must pre-register by email at laurence.maugis@bgis.com before September 19 to be authorized to access the site. The site will only be emailed to interested firms. Failure to register may result in Applicant's Representative being denied access to the Site. BGIS will contact all registered Proponents and confirm the time of the on-site visit in the event of multiple visits. Proponents are required to attend only one scheduled visit to be eligible to bid. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
